How to hire from Nepal?
To hire candidates from Nepal, it’s important to have a visa quota ready. We recommend obtaining a quota for the anticipated requirements plus four additional people to streamline the process. Your company’s designated professional can assist with obtaining the visa quota.
When does Manpooling Start?
Once your company has the visa quota ready, the GCC Staff Solution team will initiate the manpower pooling process to meet your staffing needs.
Do you prepare Documents to submit in Nepal Embassy?
While our team is actively searching for the best manpower to meet your needs, we also simultaneously prepare the necessary documentation for your company to align with the Nepal Government Foreign Hiring System.
What are the Documentation Steps?
Our team will prepare the necessary documents to be stamped by the Chamber of Commerce in your region. Once stamped, the final step is to submit these documents to the Nepal Embassy for final approval.
When can I issue the visa?
As the documentation process nears completion, our team will keep your company updated with CVs for review and selection. We also facilitate online interviews for your convenience.
Once the documents are submitted to the Nepal Embassy, they are forwarded to the Nepal Government Labor Ministry for final approval. During this time, candidate selection is finalized and documents are processed for approval. Subsequently, visas can be issued for the candidates.
Following visa issuance, the Foreign Job Ministry of Nepal will issue labor permits for the candidates, and flight arrangements can be made.
This entire process typically takes a minimum of 4 weeks to complete after the visa quota is ready.
